Servantude: (Not to be mistaken with Servitude.) is the strong desire to serve others and support their dreams and ambitions in hopes to see them achieve their goals, all while growing alongside them.

Servantude was started with the dream that we could one day raise up and send out leaders into the workplace. Leaders that go out and build organizational teams that are unmatched because they inspire people to be invested in something greater than themselves. Everyone has something to bring to the table; some people just need someone to bring it out of them.
